Defining the importance of "intrapreneurship," Virginia will talk about a new leadership model that knows how to support and create opportunities for women and younger people -- with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion. She will talk about the FT Talent Challenge project, the first innovation hub she directs and created for the FT.
