How eight German independent regional publishes teams up to share audience data infrastructure, analytics tools, and insights to boost reader engagement and online subscriptions is the focus of the INMA Readers First Initiative meet-up. Learn how Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA), a Hamburg-based news wire, and Schickler, a management consultancy, helped facilitate the benefits of scale with local news publishers that often don't have these types of resources on their own – lowering the costs of data infrastructure and data analytics, improving the quality of insights, and speeding up the learnings.
