Digital now accounts for one-quarter of revenue at Reach, which includes the U.K. national title The Mirror, plus regional brands such as The Liverpool Echo and Manchester Evening News. This is five times what it was just a few years ago. Piers North, chief revenue officer at Reach, will describe how the company’s multi-year digital strategy has built on its scaled audience to a truly deep understanding of the customers.
