In March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic forced Canadians into lockdown and the economy to shut down for upwards of four months. As a result, businesses closed their doors and ad campaigns were either cancelled or put on hold. In an effort to educate, support, and maintain engagement with both its sales teams and clients, The Globe and Mail in Canada shifted into high gear to stay on top of this fluid situation. In this Webinar, Andrew Consky, head of research and media insights, will show how The Globe and Mail responded during these unprecedented times.
