How to Change Newsroom Culture

Presented by Louise Story, Media and Consumer Technology Executive Consultant

About this Webinar

What it takes, in practical terms, to change newsroom culture is the focus of an INMA Newsroom Transformation Initiative Webinar featuring Louise Story, a media and consumer technology executive consultant.

Newsroom transformation isn’t possible without cultural change –– a commitment by an organisation to change its beliefs, behaviours, practices, and processes. And while the leadership of an organisation may be invested in transforming, its employees may not be on the same page.

So what does it take to change the culture in a newsroom? How do you get buy-in from employees? What do you do when some people aren’t interested in changing? And how long does it take to actually change the culture?

In this Webinar, Louise will offer an unvarnished look at what it’s like to be in the middle of organisational transformation and offer practical advice for publishers.
