How do company goals translate to product so that each person and department is focused on pulling the right levers within their power to meet those goals? And how should these be measured?
In this meet-up led by INMA Product Initiative Lead Jodie Hopperton, we will discuss the choice of metrics that can be used to meet goals, including the Financial Times' RFV (recency, frequency, volume) and how that feeds in to a focus on LTV (lifetime value). We also will look at how metrics can be used to drive transformational change and shape products.
