Product success through goals and taking a look at key metrics that everyone can buy into is the focus of this Product Initiative Meet-Up. In this meet-up led by INMA Product Initiative Lead Jodie Hopperton, we will discuss the choice of metrics that can be used to meet goals, including the the Financial Times' RFV (recency, frequency, volume) and how that feeds in to a focus on LTV (lifetime value). We also will look at how metrics can be used to drive transformational change and shape products.
