Objective: To encourage employee empowerment and retain them.

Employees are the building blocks of any organization. They play a vital role in the success or failure of an organization. The way they are being treated and nurtured by the organization, shapes the future of the company. A better work environment and supporting policies positively affects the productivity of the employees.

Dainik Bhaskar understands this and in order to empower and retain talent, DB has been following a set of policies. In order to suit the changing time and changing needs, Dainik Bhaskar have also introduced some new additions to its already existing policies, in year 2019. These policies are aimed at providing a employee friendly environment along with empowering and retaining them. These policies are not only limited to the individual benefits but also covers the family of the employees.


Results for this campaign

Results: Majority of the DB employees feels satisfied with the company's policies. Also, as per the findings of Pulse Survey, a huge number of employees have given positive feedbacks on the comany's culture and policies.
