Overview of this campaign
The crossmedia package included: the presence of the apprentice trainer in the gondolas to the mountain. A booth in the mountain restaurant where the apprentice fair took place. And of course media performance in the print magazine and online. Our first mountain apprenticeship fair was promoted with a print magazine, targeted advertising on VOL.AT and a social media campaign on Instagram and Snapchat. We made a video to promote the event on social media channels. In advance of the event over 50 schools received the print magazine with lots of information: how do I apply correctly? Which apprenticeship is right for me? And of course: which local companies offer attractive apprenticeships?
Results for this campaign
Despite a very short time 15 local companies committed for a crossmedia package. The event was sold out. Over 500 students, parents and teachers visited our first mountain apprenticeship fair. The companies had great contacts and could arrange numerous trial days with potential apprentices. Due to the outstanding feedback the next event date for 2019 was fixed immediately.
