  • 178 ideas submitted by employees from all locations in India
  • Out of this, 23 ideas were selected post review by the Human Capital Committee
  • INR 200,000 worth monetary award was distributed to the best ideas
  • The ideas under implementation have a potential business impact of INR 201 million
