The challenge is to create a career bouquet that can take advantage of the impending demographic plus of a young India with a median age of 29 in 2020, vis-à-vis China with 37, 46 in Europe and 47 in Japan. In such a scenario, it is imperative that both parents and their children be nudged into an understanding of the exciting career options beckoning them.

Results for this campaign
On November14, on the occasion of children’s day we launched the campaign video which generated over 30 lakh Facebook views and a crore impressions. We reached out to 50 schools, and over 2500 school children were educated through seminars, fora and discussions about how they could specialise in exciting new fields. We also got various mollywood celebrities to share their childhood memories and spread their message to parents and children.
Our efforts were applauded by tens of thousands of parents who shared their views about how an institution with a rich legacy of 94 years is at the forefront of imparting cutting edge knowledge on career opportunities to the next generation.
Through the strength of our newspaper we wrote stories over 300 stories on professionals who opted for alternate career path and became successful in their respective field.
