Travel in Delhi

Airport connections: There are several options to commute in Delhi. Guests can choose between hotel pick-up or taxi. Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi is 5.1 kms from the hotel. Travel time will be under 15 minutes.

Hotel pick up: You can book a pick-up by providing your flight details and estimated time of arrival when booking online. Alternatively, you may also contact the hotel directly. Please make your booking at least two days in advance.

Taxis:  Local Taxis are available directly outside the main terminal or one can book an Uber in advance.

What will the weather be like?

Daytime maximum temperatures usually average around 35°C (95°F), with the potential to reach as high as 38-40°C (100-104°F). Nighttime minimum temperatures are typically around 27°C (81°F).

What to pack?

• July is one of Delhi's wettest months. An umbrella is a necessary item for the frequent rain showers.
• Given the conditions, it is advisable to wear light cotton clothing to stay as cool and comfortable as possible.
• Drink plenty of liquids to stay hydrated.

Cancellation policy

No refunds are negotiated for the media festival. Registrants always have the possibility to have someone else take their place. Written notice of the replacement together with the name of the new participant must be sent to INMA beforehand.
