Travel instructions

By plane: Fly to Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD).

From the airport to Hotel Riu Plaza España:

By Metro

This is a cost-effective and reliable way to get to the hotel.

  • From the airport: Take Line 8 from the airport's Metro station (Aeropuerto T1-T2-T3 or Aeropuerto T4).
  • Transfer: Get off at Nuevos Ministerios station and transfer to Line 10.
  • Destination: Take Line 10 to the Plaza de España station, which is located right outside the hotel.

By Taxi or ride-share

For a more direct and convenient transfer, a taxi or ride-share service is a good option.

  • Duration: The drive typically takes around 18-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Cost: Fares can vary, but expect to pay around €26-€35, plus potential airport surcharges.
  • Convenience: Taxis are readily available outside the airport terminals, providing a direct service to your hotel. Uber is available in Madrid.
