The venue for the South Asia News Media Conference is Trident Bandra Kurla, one of Mumbai’s premium hotels that is part of the Oberoi Group. Travel in Mumbai

Airport connections: There are several options to commute in Mumbai. Guests can choose between hotel pick-up or taxi. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Mumbai is 7.7n kms from the hotel. Travel time will be under 30 minutes.

Hotel pick up: You can book a pick-up by providing your flight details and estimated time of arrival when booking online. Alternatively, you may also contact the hotel directly. Please make your booking at least two days in advance.

Taxis: Local Taxis are available directly outside the main terminal or one can book an Uber in advance.

Cancellation policy

No refunds are negotiated for the media festival. Registrants always have the possibility to have someone else take their place. Written notice of the replacement together with the name of the new participant must be sent to INMA beforehand.
