INMA has negotiated a special room rate of US$370 per night at the Harvest Inn. This rate is available August 17-21, 2025, on a space-available basis. All Roundtable participants are asked to reserve their room at Harvest Inn.
We expect most participants will arrive on Monday, August 18, and depart on Friday, August 22 (four nights). Be aware the special room rate is also available on Sunday, August 17, for early arrivals.
Due to very high demand in Napa Valley and Harvest Inn, it is strongly recommended you book your sleeping room ASAP as the room block will sell out.

On arrival, it is easy to get an Uber or taxi upon arrival from the airports to Harvest Inn (US$225+).
On departure, it is more challenging to depart because of a peculiarity of Napa Valley: Most drivers live outside the Valley because of high costs of living. Therefore, we recommend pre-booking a private car from Napa Valley to your airport upon your departure.

The CEO Roundtable at Napa Valley is an invitation-only free event for CEOs of INMA corporate member media companies. The event includes Roundtable sessions, the Wednesday-Thursday Roundtable lunches and breaks, the Tuesday wine tasting, the Wednesday vineyard dinner, and the Thursday small-group dinners.
Hotel rooms and transportation should be paid separately.
INMA knows how important spouses/partners are to your success, and therefore they are welcome to attend the Tuesday wine tasting, Wednesday vineyard dinner, and Thursday small-group dinners.
Late August is an ideal time for outdoor activities in Napa Valley. Expect daytime high temperatures from 85°F to 95°F (29°C to 35°C) and nighttime lows between 55°F and 65°F (13°C to 18°C). August is part of St. Helena’s dry season, so rain is rare. Humidity levels are low, and gentle breezes are common.
Because this is an invitation-only event, there are no invitation transfers. If there is a cancellation, then waiting list participants from other companies will be invited.
