About the Product & Tech Initiative

How media organisations can utilize technology and develop standout products, creating offerings that delight customers and enhance business growth, is the focus of INMA’s Product & Tech Initiative. Given the changes to consumer behaviour fueled by AI, INMA in 2025 will focus this initiative on how to evaluate and adapt multi-modal products, across multi-channel platforms, and the relationships they need to do this. In navigating the AI players, we will look at permission, attribution, and monetisation.

The initiative is led by INMA’s Jodie Hopperton, a British media executive based in Los Angeles. Jodie’s career spans over 15 years and multiple countries working with technology start-ups in addition to roles such as head of interactive at Trinity Mirror in the United Kingdom and director EMEA, syndication and licensing for The New York Times in Paris.
