Newsroom Transformation Hub




It’s time to get practical about bringing newsrooms into the business of news.

In this first-of-its-kind hub, INMA will spend three half-days diving deep into what the Newsroom Transformation Initiative has identified as the three most important subjects to embracing digital and changing cultures:

  • Data fluency and understand the economics of content
  • Applying user needs models
  • Building “liquid content” strategies

The Newsroom Transformation Hub will be based on practical news media case studies, with examples of what’s worked in this important space of high interest to editorial leaders and professionals who intersect with newsrooms.

The Hub will be curated by and moderated by Amalie Nash, the lead for INMA’s Newsroom Transformation Initiative.
