Because of the large numbers of hotels near the Queen Elizabeth II Centre and the wide range of prices (and attendee budgets), there is no official INMA hotel for the London World Congress. INMA has researched hotels in the immediate vicinity and put together a list of recommended hotels, which you can access by clicking here. Recommended hotels range in price from as low as US$315 and as high as US$515 – with a median of about US$350.
INMA provides robust coverage of the World Congress of News Media at www.inma.org/wc. We don’t video or audio record sessions, yet we may provide AI-generate transcripts post-event.
The World Congress venue for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions is the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, located at Broad Sanctuary in London. This is directly across the street from Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. Depending on the location of your hotel, you may walk, taxi/Uber, or use public transportation.
Springtime in London is the best time to be in the city. Look for morning lows around 45° (7.2°C) range and afternoon highs around 59°F (15°C) range. View the real-time London forecast.
INMA will be taking photographs throughout the week-long World Congress. Download, use, or share photos which are archived at Flickr. Enjoy!
The World Congress will be presented in English and will not be simultaneously interpreted.
If you are registered for the World Congress, you will get access to presentations provided by speakers for the Wednesday-Thursday Media Conference sessions and all Friday workshops (whether you attended or not). Only study tour registrants will get study tour presentations. Be aware that not all speakers provide their presentations. Participants will get an e-mail when the presentation download page is ready.

We will unveil the World Congress attendee list in phases. Due to privacy matters, the attendee list to be made available in January 2024 will not include links to attendees; instead, use the INMA Member Directory to connect. Links to attendees will be made available April 23-27 during Congress Week.
Share your business trip to London with a spouse or guest by registering them for the Tower Welcome Reception and the Global Media Awards Dinner at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Tickets may be purchased online. Due to limited space only full Congress attendees can attend conference sessions.
If you are traveling from outside the United Kingdom, you will require a passport for travel to London. Whether you also will require a visa depends on your country of residence.
