Cancellation/substitution policy

Cancellations will be accepted until September 1, 2024, minus a US$750 administration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions may be accommodated if submitted in writing by September, 2024.

COVID disclaimer

The International News Media Association (INMA) continues to follow industry safety guidelines and applicable laws regarding public gatherings during a pandemic. The health and safety of our members, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. If the event has to be canceled due to local COVID conditions or regulations at the time of the event, INMA will refund your registration fee in full or provide a credit for future INMA events. All attendees are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated and boosted. Proof can be displayed on your smartphone or by presenting a physical copy.
