This two-hour session will be for subscription or media beginners on fundamentals. In this master class, learn more about paywall launch fundamentals: types, segmentation, customer journeys. Hear from 2-3 experts with experience at media companies around the world. This workshop is scheduled 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our aim in this two-hour session is to focus on two separate areas with one hour of presentation and discussions and one hour of “ask me anything.” We will talk about different perspectives on engagement: data analytics and research, editorial, marketing, and product + technology. This workshop is scheduled 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
