INMA is pleased to launch its world-famous study tours in South Asia with a two-day exploration of the New Delhi media market. The study tour will explore brands, news media organisations, and digital start-ups with an eye for disruption, innovation, and growth opportunities. At each stop, INMA study tour participants will get an in-depth overview and tour offices.
The newsmedia industry today has an abundance of content but a poverty of attention. Moreover, trust has never been so premium as it is now. To add to it, social and digital pundits predict the demise of print media because of the ubiquitousness of technology. Print deserves to be evaluated as a trusted companion in the world of uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. This conference aims to celebrate the strength of the print media and over the two days the delegates will hear success stories of print medium that will counter the doubting Thomases about the future of print.
As every business has been experiencing world wide challenges due to technology, regulatory environment and predatory assaults, print media also has its share of challenges. This conference will deliberate on combating them as an industry. As they say, even a perfect storm doesn't last forever and print media has seen a lot of them and thwarted them successfully.
The South Asia Media Festival's conference and seminars will be held at the Shangri-La - Eros Hotel in New Delhi. This will be the departure point for the study tour, too.
