The dress code for the INMA European conference - including conference dinner on Thursday - is business casual.

Internet access
Internet access is free for guests. Internet access in the lobby and hotel rooms and in the conference room is wireless.

Languages
The INMA European conference will be presented in English. Participants will be ale to ask questions in French, German, Dutch and Spanish.

Travel
Participants of the INMA European Conference can choose between two airports in close proximity of The Hague.
For participants coming from outside of Europe, fly to Amsterdam International Airport (Schiphol). From there it is just a direct train ride ofabout 30 minutes to Bel Air Hotel in The Hague.
Participants from within Europe can fly to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol or alternatively to Rotterdam-The Hague Airport.

    Train
    There is a direct rain from Amsterdam Airport to The Hague Central Station which takes just 30 minutes. A first class ticket costs €12 (€7,6 in second class).
    From The Hague Central station, you can take
    • Bus 24 in the direction of "Kijkduin" and get off at stop "Gemeentemuseum".
    • Tram 17 in the direction of "Statenkwartier" and get off at stop "Gemeentemuseum".
    • Tram 10 in the direction of "Statenkwartier" get off at stop "World Forum Convention Center".
    • A taxi from The Hague Central Station to the Bel Air Hotel should take no longer than 10 minutes max.!

    For delegates traveling from Paris, Brussels or Cologne, the high-speed Thalys train is also an option. The Thalys stops at Rotterdam, from where you can take a local train to The Hague.

    Taxi
    From Amsterdam Airport a taxi should bring you to the Bel Air Hotel within 40 minutes and will cost around €70.
    From Rotterdam-The Hague a taxi should cost around €60 and will take you to Bel Air Hotel in 30 minutes.
    A taxi from The Hague Central Station to the Bel Air Hotel should take no longer than 10 minutes max.!


Culture
The Bel Air hotel is located next to the "Gemeentemuseum" (Municipal Museum of the City of The Hague), which has, amongst others, the world famous Miro Collection. Conference delegates will have the opportunity to visit the museum for free.

Registration fees and payments due
Registration for events must be in writing via the online registration form. Payment of the registration is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment must be received by the early registration deadline to qualify for early registration prices; otherwise, the early registration fee becomes the full price of registration.

Cancellation, withdrawal by delegate
Cancellation is possible in writing and will be accepted upon 90 days before the conference (this is not applicable for registrations from special offers). However there will be a handling fee of 15%. We regret that we will be compelled to retain the full participation fee for cancellations after this time. It is possible at all times to send a “substitute participant” at no extra cost on conditions that INMA are informed accordingly in writing in advance stating the name of the substitute person.

Cancellation of event
INMA can cancel the event for an important reason such as: in case of too few participants, cancellation or illness of a speaker, hotel closure or Act of God. In case of too few participants, cancellation can be up to three weeks before the start of the event. In all other cases of cancellation due to an important reason as well as in the event of necessary programme changes, INMA will notify the participants as far in advance as possible.
