Professional background

I received degrees in communication sciences and political and book science (M.A. Dr. Phil.). I started my professional career with journalistic training and worked as a political editor, press spokesman and editor-in-chief in different positions. Since then I worked as managing director of the Regional Presse, the central marketing organization of the local and regional newspapers in Germany. After that I was the managing director of the ZMG Zeitungs Marketing Gesellschaft, which is the central marketing organization of all German newspapers, for more than eleven years. After beeing the Chief Executive Officer of Quickcut Europe, a company which is providing the most advanced print advertising electronic delivery system the market today, I decided to go back to my roots and I`m now working as a managing director of GESO GmbH, a company which I founded in 1992. The company is dealing with all kind of public relations and corporate communications. We also doing a lot of studies and market research for publishing houses. From 2006 until 2011 I was also working as Managing Director for MatchWork Deutschland GmbH. Since the end of 2012 I'm working as Managing Director for RAM Deutschland GmbH.
