ad:tech Chicago 2009 conference
The ad:tech Chicago conference on digital media attracted a rich assortment of agency representatives, media buyers, and advertisers. However, while diverse in origin, there seemed to be a strong consensus among them on what the key topics of the two-day conference were: the rise of social media and what it meant for the evolution of digital marketing and advertising. While some delegates couldn’t seem to get twitter off their mind (indeed, the ability to tweet questions and updates about the conference was strongly and ubiquitously encouraged) the general conversation was about how to create better, more focused, and more engaging content that will serve both customers and advertisers alike.
