INMA's Newspaper Market 2007: Succeeding With New Strategies

Event description

Some might remember that there was a lot of discussion about an article in the “Economist” last August, picturing a newspaper reader standing at the brink of a precipice. After reading “Who killed the newspaper?” the gentle reader was thinking: We’re already a step closer …

The two days of INMA’s conference, Newspaper Market 2007: Succeeding With New Strategies, showed that the newspaper industry is still alive and well and, in part, more innovative than ever. Not everything discussed at the conference is transferable to everyone but I am sure that every attendant took home at least one or two ideas that will find purchase at their home newspapers.
