Amalie Nash, lead of the INMA Newsroom Transformation Initiative, will moderate this week’s discussion on How to better communicate audience insights to your newsroom. Nash will be joined by Fernanda Braune Brackenrich of the Financial Times and Tess Jeffers of The Wall Street Journal.
Brackenrich, U.S. editor/audience engagement at the FT, and Jeffers, director of newsroom data and AI at The Wall Street Journal, will share the tools, metrics, and strategies they use to better understand audience needs and improve engagement.
