On Wednesday, INMA members are invited to a Webinar with Dominic Young, former managing director of News Corp and a media commentator, to discuss his vision for a redefined media landscape which is bigger, more competitive, and more profitable than ever before.
Young will look at how re-thinking the economic pillars of the media, focusing single-mindedly on consumers, and taking a careful look at how the media’s relationship with the Internet evolved to its current dysfunctional state, can lead to simple and actionable conclusions.
We don’t have to wait for advertising to disappear, and let’s hope it never does; but we can begin reducing our dependence on it and increasing the fortunes of our businesses and the entire media marketplace, right now.
