Mobile, social media, coupons dominant subjects at Local Online Advertising Conference

Mobile, social media, and coupons were the dominant subjects at the recent Local Online Advertising Conference in New York produced by Borrell Associates. In particular, mobile was the undercurrent of the conference as it is expected to exceed 60% of U.S. online advertising by 2015.

INMA sent correspondent Laura T. Ryan to cover this recent conference, and here is her comprehensive report for INMA members.

This is an INMA member-exclusive report, which may be accessed by clicking here.

Another trend highlighted during the conference's many sessions was the notion of “co-opetition,” as more and more competing media businesses pool their resources, either through partnership or acquisition.
