Deadline for INMA Global Media Awards entries is Friday
INMA News Blog | 26 January 2025
We can say one thing about 2024: It wasn’t boring.
While that may not be good for the collective psyche, it certainly is good for the news business. What did your company or team do to make the most of that?
Did your team create something to grow the next generation of readers? Make inroads with customer-facing AI products? Grow brand awareness, digital subscriptions, or reader engagement — or all three? Did you bring in revenue with an innovative ad format or e-commerce product? Did you do a strategic review of your newsroom or transform it in some way?
There are 20 category options in this year’s INMA Global Media Awards. Take a look and see what reflects the innovative work your company did last year and showcase your team’s best work by entering.
Here are the details:
- You can see all 20 categories here.
- One category is new this year: Best Initiative to Bolster Next-Generation Readership in the News Brands category.
- Friday, January 31, is the deadline to enter. Finalists will be announced in early March and winners in May during the INMA World Congress of News Media at the Global Media Awards dinner at the Edison Ballroom in New York.
