  1. Giving its newsroom new tools to enable it to work with third parties.

  2. Creating a content strategy that involves more bite-sized news.

“Really having reports and editors think mobile first and just having those thoughts early on in the planning,” Biondi says. “What’s the mobile user going to see on the screen?”
