Google’s News Consumer Insights offers loyalty, retention data

Key learnings from Google were great takeaways from the INMA World Congress of News Media for Leslie Lauhon, director of loyalty and retention at The Dallas Morning News.

“Learning about their News Consumer Insights Playbook, which offers specific publisher-centric GA (Google Analytics) data that’s available” is what Lauhon cited as an important benefit she got from the event.

“I didn’t know about it, so I’m excited to take it back to our newsroom at The Dallas Morning News and see what I can do with it for both loyalty and retention.”
