Developing a monetised ad network in Brazil

Tailor Media, which develops and monetises ad networks, launched a platform of more than 60 leading newspaper companies in Brazil, Leonardo Lazzarotto, CEO and founder, explained at the INMA World Congress of News Media earlier this year.

“At first, we developed and launched in Brazil the digital premium platform; and after this success case, this year we will launch the print premium platform,” Lazzarotto said. This is an ad network involving the leading local newspapers throughout the country, and through it Tailor Media will serve advertising and marketing to its clients on the print platforms of the most important publishers.

“The communication industry is leading a revolution, especially in digital platforms,” Lazzarotto said. “In this moment, we need to know about best practices and learn about new models and new solutions.”

The goal for Tailor Media with these platforms is to show the advertising market the power of true news and the best solution for advertising in a safe environment — “working together with the advertising agencies, building the most important brands in the country,” Lazzarotto said.
