One initiative that has a special place in her heart is an in-person event with a leading banking company in India to congratulate Central Railways Mumbai for its work during the pandemic.

“I have always believed and have been taught that we are all storytellers in our own right. More than selling the product, it’s imperative to sell the ‘need’ for the product, to make an honest effort to understand the consumer’s perspective.”
