INMA and Innovation Media Consulting are pleased to present a just-in-time summit looking at how publishers can benefit from the launch of the iPad and other tablet devices in 2010.

What does this mean for journalism?

Where's the money in these new digital platforms?

The summit will be held on Tuesday, May 18, at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford, and is convened by Juan Señor, Fellow at the RISJ. A dinner will held the evening before (May 17) at Exeter College.

This value-packed one-day event will look at tablets and the implications for the news publishing industry: best concepts, prototypes, new digital narratives, new journalistic grammar and techniques. Special emphasis will be on how to develop paid-for business models for tablet products and content.

Who should attend? The Oxford summit is geared toward newspaper and magazine publishers, editors and designers and developers worldwide.
