Buses depart the hotel at 18:30. The last few years of the Europe Cnferences we opted to hold the Gala Dinner on Thursday night instead of Friday night to give every one a chance to join; including those who fly back home early on Friday afternoon after the conference concludes!

as well as meeting space. Extended coffee breaks provide ideal opportunities to exchange business cards and contacts. We have purposely not scheduled lunch programming so delegates can take full advantage of networking.
