Registration for events must be in writing. Registrations confirmation will be in writing. Payment of the registration is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment must be received by the early registration deadline to qualify for early registration prices; otherwise, the early registration fee is cancelled and the full registration price will be charged. There is a no-refund policy in case of cancellation. however, a replacement is always possible in case you can not come to the conference after registration. Replacement must be written in advance to the organisers (INMA/OPA Europe).
