BBuilding on INMA's industry leadership position in the emerging mobile and tablet space, the association is pleased to announce the launch of the “Mobile and Tablets for Newsmedia Blog.”

The blog is co-authored by Mark Challinor, director of mobile for Telegraph Media Group in the United Kingdom, and Paulo Mira, president of Miami-based PHD Mobi in the United States.

As news increasingly goes mobile, the new INMA blog's mission is to be the worldwide reference guide to:

  • Growing and engaging news audiences via mobile devices and tablets.

  • Attracting mobile revenue via advertising, sponsorship, and subscriptions.

  • Owning the market for mobile news.

The INMA initiative marks the first newsmedia industry blog dedicated exclusively to covering the mobile/tablet space.
