If media companies want to succeed at mobile innovation, they must have an adaptive strategy, according to Jan Ove Kjøndal, head of mobile/founder at Agens, which owns the Ivy digital storytelling platform.

The future is about know “where the puck is going to be” and trying to look at the possibilities instead of focusing on the challenges, he said at the INMA Mobile Strategies Conference in Seattle, Washington, USA.

“You’re going to rig yourself so you can optimise and you can move really fast upon a platform you already built instead of rebuilding that platform again and again.”
