The INMA Board of Directors consists of volunteers members of the association who oversee the activities worldwide.

The INMA European division Board of Directors consists of volunteer members of the association who oversee the activities of INMA Europe together with the Europena coordinator Inge Van Gaal. Nearly every European country is represented by a Board member. They also serve as their national representation of INMA.

The INMA Asia division Board of Directors is the newest of all Boards. Just as the INMA Europe board, it also consists of volunteer members of the association. The INMA Asia board oversee the activities of INMA Asia together with the Asian Coordinator Priya Marwah.
